Each piece is custom tailored for you and takes weeks of time and care to create. We believe in our consistency of producing the highest quality jewelry, with precision and acute attention to detail. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, however exchanges or in-store credit are offered in certain cases.
If you feel there are any issues with the manufacturing of your piece or the size is incorrect, please contact us to discuss exchange or credit options within 7 days of receipt.
